This is your first visit and I want to welcome you and get to know you better so that I can cater for your needs on a holistic level along with your treatment plan moving forward. A little bit of paperwork to fill out to discover your medical history along with any possible contraindications, helping me to give you the best possible outcome from the start. This will be done with a warming tea to help relax the senses and prepare you for your massage.
